The obligations that were imposed after the end of the agreement or license is terminated for any reason, a) the subscriber will immediately pay Anaconda all costs, refundable expenses, allowances or other amounts: b) all obligations incurred before the termination date, and c) the subscriber will destroy all copies of the licensed software and documentation within five (5) days after this termination and will immediately present To Anaconda a written certificate signed by an accredited subscriber representative certifying that all copies of this software and licensed documentation have been destroyed and that the use of this documentation has been discontinued. You cannot use, copy or install the software product on a system on which more than one user can use the software, unless you have purchased a license for each user of the system. You must not decompilize the source code of the software product, “wrap,” disassemble or try to derive the source code. The filing is protected by copyright, trademark rights, commercial representations and other intellectual property rights. Third-party licensees own all rights, titles and interests, including all intellectual property rights, on and on products in the repository. Content that has been copied, downloaded or printed must contain all author, trademark and other titles.
