A Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) to support employee well-being (see below) was signed on May 26, 2019 by the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) and the Board of Directors of the Canada Secretariat (TBS). The provisions of the collective agreement on severance pay complement the TSM. 35.02 Topics that may be considered appropriate for joint consultation shall be agreed upon by the Parties and shall include consultation on career development. The consultation may take place at local, regional or national level, as provided for in the Parties. This Annex shall be considered as part of the collective agreement between the parties and the workers. 1. The employer and the Institute may submit to the other a political complaint concerning the interpretation or application of the collective agreement or an arbitration award, in respect of one of them or the bargaining unit in general. 34.16 If it turns out that the nature of the complaint is such that a decision cannot be taken below a certain level of authority, some or all levels, with the exception of the definitive level, may be eliminated with the agreement of the employer and the worker and, where appropriate, the Institute. If both parties agree, the parties agree to reopen the collective agreement in order to amend the contract only to the extent that it contains the text of the EEIG and includes follow-up amendments.
This Reopener must not vary from other items – the only purpose will be changes related to the EMF. The EWSP program would only be included in collective agreements as a reopening. (b) If, pursuant to paragraph 41.02 (a), a step in the appeal proceedings is waived, there is no other level than by mutual agreement. Discussions are expected to begin after the collective agreement is signed. The AV, NR, RE, SH, PS, NRC (LS, IR, RO-RCO, TR), CRA (AFS), OSFI, CNSC (NUREG), NEB and NFB groups have negotiated and ratified new collective agreements. Some groups continue their important work at the negotiating table. We stand in solidarity for a fair agreement for each MEMBER of the CSPIP. The four-year agreement covers the period from 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2023 and provides for salary increases for each of the four years. Regular updates of collective bargaining will be published as soon as new information becomes available. The purpose of this agreement is to give effect to the agreement concluded between the employer and the negotiator (hereinafter referred to as `the parties`) with regard to matters of workers` well-being. Paragraph 15.07(d) applies to personnel classified as UA and MG-AFS (UA) (as described in Annex `E`) who, pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 10.
The collective agreements signed on 1 July 2012 have a separate holiday bank.
